Hi, I'm Abbey Lauer! I started my high school journey in New Jersey as a freshman RF/2B on the Manalapan High School varsity softball team. After my freshman year, I moved to Wake Forest, NC, where I embraced a new challenge as a third baseman for the Wake Forest High School varsity team. I also play club softball for Tampa Mustangs - Gerovac. I consider myself to be very coachable, knowledgeable about the game, and a team-first type of player. When I'm not on the field, I love going to concerts, shopping, hanging out with friends, and being part of the Sports Medicine Club at school. I also really enjoyed my time volunteering to work with special needs students at Field of Dreams, and hope to find more opportunities like this. I'm excited to take my softball skills to the next level while pursuing a degree in sports medicine or criminology.
